jury duty

Today I learned that Prayers on the River, Triptych I (scroll down past the mourning doves) has been juried into the 2011 Sacred Threads exhibition.

Woo, as the saying goes, hoo.
I think I'll need An Outfit. And shoes. I pitched most of my shoes when I quit my job. What was I thinking . . .?

Well done! Good luck for the jurying. And if this is what it takes perhaps I need to bin my shoes?

It's worth trying. A girl CAN have too many shoes.
Thanks.

Congra-rats! This piece deserves to be included!

Thanks so much. I think it helped that the inspiration for the piece is outside the Christian-Jewish-Muslim continuum and therefore helps make the show a bit more ecumenical. Whatever the reason, I'm grinnin'.

Wahoo -- wait, that's a fish

Woo hoo! I think the piece is great and I'm so glad it will be included in the show. Fantastic! Now, be sure to buy two pairs of shoes because, hey, you never know.

ow! my poor feet hate shoees, especially new shoes, hence the pitching of shoes. The spirit is willing, but the dogs are barking.
